My brother blogged for several years on SparkPeople, the original version. He passed away in 2019. My younger sister was assisted by someone in generating a PDF of ALL of his blogs from there. I am thinking I might undertake preserving a few of them here on blogspot as an Archive, that I can then tap when blogging over on SparkPeople 2.0.
Unfortunately, the tool that scraped all the blog content into a PDF did not recover any of the photos included. I'm putting this one I took of Kevin (MOBYCARP) in September, 2018 at the last race we both raced in, the Wineglass Marathon (for him) and Half Marathon (for me). He's ringing the bell because it was his personal best time at the 26.2 mile distance. My profile picture is wearing his Boston Marathon celebration jacket from 2018. Since he was injured in 2019 and did not run Boston that year, I believe this was not just his best time, it was his last full Marathon? As I get into the blogs, I might discover differently!
